DEPOSITS
Deposits ensure that our service providers and staff are compensated for their time if an appointment is cancelled. Even though the service isn’t performed, there is still time and work that goes into every appointment.
Most workers in the beauty industry are independent contractors. They do not make an hourly wage, but instead are compensated from the cost of the service. If there is no service they make no money, and their time is wasted.
Deposits are required for all paid services in order to reserve a desired appointment time. Failure to pay the deposit could cause your appointment to be cancelled.
All deposits at Pink Goblin are non-refundable.
It is always a good idea to communicate with your service provider immediately if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Days the studio is closed do not count as advance notice.
Piercing appointment deposits are $20 and are applied to the full cost of the service and jewelry after your service is completed.
Tattoo appointment deposits are determined by the specific artist based on the project and/or the length of time the appointment is estimated to take. Tattoo deposits are non-refundable.
Because the service providers at Pink Goblin are independent contractors, they reserve the right to implement their own policies regarding deposits. Please be sure to clarify with them directly if you have any questions!
