Deposits are non-refundable. All paid piericing services require a $20 deposit to book. If you are booking online, we will manually charge a deposit once we approve your appointment. If you are calling to book, please be prepared to provide card info if we don’t already have it on file!

Book a jewelry change appointment! The service is $10 and you will need to pay for the shortened post. Posts cost $10-$15. Any other jewelry will be will be an additional cost. 

Our age requirements are set by our piercing team. These requirements are non-negotiable regardless of the policies of other studios.

We require that all clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with all of the following:

• Parent or guardian’s ID
• Client ID (if available)
• Birth certificate or other documentation of guardianship is ALWAYS required. No exceptions, even for return clients.

PARENTS OR GUARDIANS MUST STAY WITH THE MINOR CLIENT THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE. 

The body can do incredible things but it does have it’s limits. To ensure every client has the best possible healing experience, we only allow up to three healing piercings at a time.

A curation is a longer-term plan for 4 or more piercings and custom jewelry ordering. This is often the best option for someone who would like to eventually have a fully decked out ear, nose setup, or any other curation of piercings that will need to be done in stages. A styling is great if you are wanting to change 3 or more existing piercings with jewelry pieces we have in stock, and add a piercing or two if desired and not already healing the max allowed.

We can custom order jewelry from any of our wholesale vendors! You can reach out to our piercers directly through DM on Instagram to inquire about our wholesale vendor list.

If you didn’t purchase your jewelry through Pink Goblin, you would need to be able to provide a statement of materials, from the maker, to our piercers.

Different materials can react differently and unexpectedly in our sterilization equiptment. Some of these reactions can damage the equiptment. Without knowing exactly what the jewelry is made of, we would not be able to take on the risks of trying to sterilize it.

All jewelry installed at Pink Goblin must be sterile. We do not make exceptions to ensure the health and safety of our clients and piercers.

This includes our waiting area.

We keep the comfort and privacy of our clients and practitioners at the heart of everything we do. For this reason, we ask that you arrive for your appointment alone, unless your company also has a scheduled appointment.

If you require a plus-one for medical reasons, please give us a call in advance!

Piercing clients who arrive 10 or more minutes past the scheduled time of their appointment may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation and or loss of deposit. Please give us a call if you might have issues arriving on time!

You can reschedule your appointment one time without forfeiting your deposit but may be required to pay a new deposit for any additional reschedules.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. In order to avoid a no-show on your account, cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Please note that days the studio is closed do no count as advance notice.

Please make sure to get consent from anyone being photographed or videoed.

This includes anyone in the background as well as service providers.

We do not open the studio to clients until noon. If you arrive early there is outdoor seating that you can take advantage of. If you need to use the restroom and you arrive early please, let us know!
